Raven Tools provides four resources to assist users with managing the Raven toolset.
Raven provides two quick walkthroughs of their system via a slideshow and a video (embedded below). These are helpful for potential buyers as well. They cover all the basics and give you an idea of what Raven Tools can accomplish.

The first substantial source of information is the Raven Tools User Manual in PDF format. This 101 page document walks you through the basics of each part of the toolset. A great place to start if you are just beginning to use Raven Tools.
The second key resource are their training webinars. Past webinars have been recorded and maintained on their webinars page. There is a ton of information here. I would recommended the Raven for Beginners Video and the Raven’s Research Tools video.
Lastly, there is a knowledgebase. Most of the knowledgebase articles are very well written and helpful.
Overall, I believe Raven has provided a lot of helpful material that most companies seem to barely eek out.
