The site offers eight modules that aim to tutor the beginner and enable them to quickly learn how to create their website. The focus of the tutorials is to develop hand-coding skills as opposed to using tools like Frontpage or Dreamweaver. Hand-coding a website is well worth the time and effort. The articles are written to get a person started. They do not represent a complete guide to everything about HTML or web development. The goal of the site is to teach beginners.
