Paypal Alternatives
Here is a helpful article discussing ten different alternatives to Paypal.

i have noticed a decent paypal alternative: http://www.Daopay.com
with this service you can make payments via phone. it is fast and anonymous, there are no service fees and since i have already used their service i can say: very reliable!!
