- how to use a mouse
- keyboard shortcuts
- cut, copy and paste
- create desktop shortcuts
- create and save a document
- file folder organization and usage
- how to connect to the internet
- how to bookmark favorite sites
- how to use a search engine
- how to use tabbed browsing in firefox
- how to send an email
