Pingomatic has had further problems as I am sure you noticed recently. Unfortunately for them, these will continue to happen as long as they offer the RPC service and spam blogs are so popular. Actually just the growth of blogs in general will probably make these outage problems with pingomatic continue to arise. 

Over at pingoat we won&#039;t have these problems.

I also invite you to take a look at our latest ping site www.ipings.com which pings faster than pingoat even and has some nice rss features such as an rss reader and a news aggregator. :-)
