  3. Web Hosting – The beginner looking to start a single site may want to consider Mysitespace. Advanced users running mutliple sites should look at Host Gator.
  4. HTML Editor – HMTL Kit is a free html editor that is easy enough for the beginner and robust enough for the advanced users.
  5. Content Management System – Organizing a website beyond 50 pages begins to be a challenge. For blogs consider WordPress, for medium sites consider Modx, and for large sites use Ezpublish
  6. HTML Tutorials – Beginners need a place to learn. Advanced users need a reportoire of reference sites. Consider HTML Dog, W3Schools and others.
  7. CSS Tutorials – Everyone wants to make their site look pretty. Sometimes it is a challenge to fulfill that desire. Look at CSS Tutorials from PIE, Max Design and West Civ.
  8. Website validationTotal Validator is just about the perfect HTML validation tool.
  9. Good ebooks – I only recommended two: SEO Book and Make Your Site Sell.
  10. Keyword analysis tools – Beginners should learn by using the variety of free tools available.
