Introducing Site Profiles
When I created this site, I wanted it to be more than anything, a place for beginners to come and learn and find the best possible resources to start a web development project. As a beginner I had found it difficult to track down the best resources to get the job done. While that work continues, I felt it time to add a little more personality to the site by offering Site Profiles. This section of the site will include interviews of website owners, focusing not on their niche, but on their beginning attempts to get a website online. I presented to each owner a set of questions in ten very basic categories. The interviews are not meant to be in depth but rather to provide snapshots of individuals who are working hard on their website. I hope this offers encouragement to beginners who are currently feeling frustrated with their online efforts. Initially, I will be doing ten of these Site Profiles here in the month of September than maybe one or two a month thereafter.
