Webmaster Guidelines for the Beginner
If you are just beginning to develop your own websites, it is helpful to check out the guidelines published by Google and Yahoo for webmasters. These guidelines offer basic instructions for webmasters concerning web development and search engine optimization. The guidelines are a summary of “what to do” and “what not to do”.
